Berle Flat Front Hemmed Dress Pants in Burgundy - NWPT - Size 35R. New with partial tag. I did notice a darker burgundy spot on the front right pants leg, shown in pic. I could only see it under the bright photography lights. May have some dust on the bottom where they hung on the rack at Nordstrom. I received these in a pallet. I'm basically just trying recoup my costs. I know nothing about men's dress pants. They were sold at Nordstrom. Approximate measurements: 18 1/2" waist, 11 1/2" rise, 33 1/2" inseam. B??9-6625
