Berlin boutique skirt or pull up dress in red with patchwork accents

Bought in a Berlin, Germany at a high-end fashion boutique. Brand stokx.de. Deep red with black flexible waist band that can be folded down. Also works as maternity clothes but I wore it twice while not pregnant. Can be pulled up to make a dress. Hi-low hem. Has patchwork fabric lining on the inside of the skirt. Big modern pockets. One pocket was ripped and stitched up as shown in photos. Size 3, E.U., which is roughly equivalent to size Large U.S.
