barbellglam @mocoro Hello! This dress has a bit of stretch to it, the bust measures at about 36 inches and is meant to have a bustier type effect that creates cleavage, the waist is 30 inches and the hips can go up to 40-42 inches

barbellglam @mocoro it's not extremely stretchy , just a bit to give an inch or two, I'm not sure how to measure how low it is because that would vary by person . If you look up Bettie Paige Scarlett Dress on google there is a few different sized women wearing the dress so you can get a better idea of fit. If the measurements are close to your own it will work great , if not I think a corset underneath would give a great fit !

mocoro @barbellglam thanks lady! im a little smaller in the waist and bigger in the bust than the flat measurements (story of my life 🙃) i only ask because some of the piece in my closet are ones i bought and then really only later realized/acknowledged i was too "booby" for.
