Bershka dotted wrap

Super cute wrap that ties at the waist with a ruffled hem. Tunic length on me and so cute with leggings and boots. Full length sleeves. I am 5'8 but if one was shorter could it be a dress? Yes, and from the stock photo, clearly it was meant to be.... Drag queen wisdom: "If you are questioning whether it's a top or a dress, the answer always is a top."
