Berwin & Wolff Plaid Skirt size 12 Dirndl

Berwin & Wolff Plaid Skirt-This skirt would be perfect for a Christmas party or I wore it for an Oktoberfest party. It was cold and I had no desire to wear a short skirt Oktoberfest. This skirt does not have a material tag but it feels like brushed silk. There is an underskirt that has black lace hearts. And black velvet bows on the sides. Waist is 15.25” across and the skirt length is 34” long. There are 2 loops on each side that says “42”. It does have elastic on the sides too for comfort.
