Berydress sleeveless dress in royal blue with halter type neck in front partial open back neck buttons at base of neck and a zipper at lower bank. Skirt has some pleats. Length is 35” from top of neck of dress to bottom. Other measurements are flat lay and waist. Size small. Previously owned no visible flaws
