Bespoke upcycled vintage hat / fascinator

This is truly a one of a kind headpiece! handmade by a Turkish milliner in California, using repurposed vintage fabrics and hat frame. everything is hand sewn, hand cut. each tiny bead is hand applied. This is a blue satin fabric under a black mesh, with black flower. sits on the side of head using a black elastic. comfortable, stays in place. perfect accessory for getting noticed at an upscale event. I wore it to a Christmas party, and I'm now passing it on (I purchased another hat from the same milliner).
