This dress features ruffled cap sleeves, a tiered babydoll fit, and a v-neckline. (Note that it is a tiered babydoll dress and is not meant to be an empire waist. The first tier seam is meant to hit at or above the bust.) Material has a minimal amount of stretch. 100% polyester. Lightweight and flowy. Website lists color as "Kelly green" but it is really more of a bright jade.
