shericulver @tigwald Hi. Thanks for your interest in this very special piece. Yes, this is real alligator—- not faux or stamped. All original. Quite a special piece. It’s vintage and in great condition. I acquired it about 10 years again and it’s only graced a shelf in my closet; I’ve never used it for more than looking pretty. Lol.
