Best Mom & peridot charms mothers day gift silver slide sterling silver

This is a lovely sterling silver snake style bracelet that is designed for sliding charms. It is made in Italy and has the initial M for a logo but I am unsure of what the company is. Is stamped sterling silver on the bracelet and both charms. 1 charm has a dangling Peridot Stone on a ring and the other is a heart shape that says best mom on both sides. Fits a 7.75 inch wrist and is in great condition.
