These are the three best baby books I read while pregnant in 2023 - the Danish way of parenting, Brain rules for baby… How to raise a smart and happy child from 0 to 5, and Cherish the first six weeks. I purchased new for a sum total of $47. No marks or highlights or folded pages. They read as completely new! I found these helpful as a first time mom - easy to read and not too preachy, religious, polarizing. Provided data driven and reasonable information. Topics such as sleep, food introduction, the babies impact on the entire family, notes for mom, achievable schedules, helpful tips, notes on reframing, empathy… Really helpful!
