alanamarecz94 hello i have a duck probably about 3 1/2 - 4 weeks old and i tried these dippersni bought and i cant seem to keep them on. i hate the poop i jave to clean up . im just not sure what size dipper i would need . how does yours work andnis it easy to put on.

dianewaters Well, about size, whatever size it is won't be the size in a week. Until they're fullygrown they change so fast. As fast and each duck is different even within a breed. And easy to put on is a relative term. At first i used a sock with part cut out and a size 0 diapercut in half. Mine is easy to use because Dandy is used to me doing it but you have to be persistent. It's a time thing

dianewaters @alanamarecz94 TheThere are several things you can use that are cheap and temporary. I used sewing clips and binky clips. They are safe compared to some that use safety pins. A duck can swallow pins or pick at it until it comes open. Old socks and the triangle bikini top are what i used until she was fully grown

baby_bleu I fricken love that duck. Omg soooo cuteeeee😍😍😍😍😍. Ugghhhhhh, i need to buy me some more lol. Hopefully in the spring i will,but right now i have a female Khaki Campbell and a female Rouen that both quack at my window early in the morning,(***nonstop***)until i play with them😂

baby_bleu @dianewaters ouiii noooo. my grandma would flip oUt. she bakes alot for people and hates having indoor animals .but when they were babies she made an exception. right now tho ,they're outside in a chicken coop .

rynellesq Do you have any pics showing what the actual harness part looks like especially in the front and does it come up from their back between their wings or just loop around the wings? Thanks!

dianewaters @rynellesq i can try to add some when i get home tomorrow. I'm at work until 7am. It goes down the back between the wings and clips. Can kind of see the pink clip in one pic. Then straight down the belly too and clips there

islanddreamer03 I have a male jumbo Peking that I rescued from a park. He got hit by a car and is blind in one eye. So I bring him in my room at night to sleep. I want him to have more freedom at night. He wanted to sleep with me in bed but I don’t trust the other type of duck diapers. Your design is a lot better than the other one’s.

dianewaters @islanddreamer03 i need a couple of measurements. Around his neck closest to his "shoulders" from that same spot down his back to the preening gland.(feels like a small bump under his feathers near the end of his body by his tail, where you see him rob his head after a bath) The third is from the front of the neck measurement by the chest to the spot between his legs (on a person would be the crotch seam)I'll get it made up and sent right over.
