“Best of Times” brand windbreaker, blue with silver accents in size large The hood Velcros into the collar and the arms fully zip on so it can be turned into a vest! Zip up front pockets. Mesh lining throughout jacket. There is elastic at the hood as well as at the bottom near the pockets. Elastic at hood has been worn down significantly - see photos Not sure why some pictures are so yellow - the embroidery of the surfers is silver like in the first photo, close up to show the detail but it is SILVER not gold like it appears in the close up of the embroidery This is a windbreaker not a raincoat - the back is open in spots that will allow rain to get in if the rain is more than a sprinkle.
