This is the best skirt ever! It is so cute and colorful and flattering! The colors are perfect for spring and it is a great work, church, or just for fun skirt! There is so much detail in the design of this skirt. It is smooth at the top to make your tummy look flat and then pleated throughout the middle. The bottom is made to appear tiered.
