Beta House Cottony Blue and White Dress

Such an absolutely amazing dress! The outside kind of has a cottony look like you would expect in a beautiful button-up shirt and the inside is lined with the softest lining. It is fully lined and goes into a slip trimmed with a tiny bit of tool to peek out of the bottom of the dress. Shoulder straps are fully adjustable and the dress can be worn as a strapless dress. It has a bit of elastic at the top to help it stay up. Pictures show elastic both unstretched and stretched. A-line type fit. Shown pictured on a dress form with a 36B chest and a 27" waist.
