I purchased this in two sizes and missed the cutoff window to return the size I didn’t wear! This is definitely a dress, but there are shorts built in making it extra comfy and if the wind blows, you are covered!
UPDATE: dress has now been worn once and the TAGS ARE STILL ATTACHED. Dress has been hand washed since 1x wear.
