Bethany vintage 70s floral long sleeves mock high neck button semi sheer blouse

Vintage, circa 1970s, Bethany button up blouse with beautiful floral print. High neck/ mock neck. Slightly sheer. The base color of the top is like a beige/greige/ taupe type color with lovely pink and green florals. There is a subtle stripe pattern as well. Size 3/4, which I’m not sure what that would be in today’s sizing. Looks like a maybe a small or medium but please study the chest measurement and use your best judgement. Looks to be in very good/ near excellent preowned vintage condition. A couple very small possible stains, see photos 3&4, one you can see with the measuring tape and the other at the inside of the collar. Other small flaws possible but I don’t detect anything else. The material side of the tag was too faded to see but I’m gonna guess it is some type of polyester or poly blend.
