Betsey & Adam dress

Beautiful size 22 blue Betsey & Adam formal dress. Never worn, still in the packaging. Got it for a wedding a couple of years ago, wedding didn't happen- so it has been sitting in my closet since then. Never taken out of the garment bag. it has a chiffon skirt, lace bodice with sequins embroidered in to the bodice. Empire style dress with silver accent stones on side with minor draping.
