Betsey Johnson (circa early 2000) 60s mod batten-berg lace mini dress with empire waist. This IS such a darling dress and wouldn’t get rid of it, if it fit! Red bow under bust that lays flat. This dress fits best with someone who doesn’t have curvier hips(hence why it doesn’t go up mine) There is no stretch. Cute with heel or flats with some chunky earrings and headband would be perfect.
