Betsey Johnson Black 60s inspired sleeveless Shift Dress

Betsy Johnson black and white 70s style shift dress with cute white bows on the shoulders. Size 4 The last picture is to show the length it is short. In great condition no rips, stains, or tears. In the pictures it looks like there’s a little discoloration or some black in the collar which is probably from the way I had it folded. In person it’s not noticeable. Pet/Smoke free home.
