Leather-like man-made materials, just wipe to clean. This bag was hardly used and looks like new. There are no signs of wear, even on the handles. The lining is clean and pristine. The bow and the bottom of the bag show some wrinkles because it was stored on a shelf for too long. The wrinkles should fall out on their own but could be eliminated with judicious use of a low heat iron and a pressing cloth.
