Betsey Johnson Black Wool Wiggle Cocktail Dress with Silk Chiffon Straps

Fabulous Y2K black wool Betsey Johnson cocktail dress. This dress is a classic wiggle style, with the most beautiful (and daring) adjustable black silk chiffon straps that thread through fabric loops on the back, then tie in a bow, with the tails cascading down the back. There are petite bow details at the bust, with a beautiful straight neckline, that creates the most amazing décolleté cleavage. The dress is lined in a poly satin. I purchased this dress many years ago from the Betsey Johnson store in Los Angeles (sigh…when she had brick and mortar locations) and wore it once to a wedding. It’s been tucked away in my personal collection ever since. It really needs to be shown off, so I’m releasing it into the wild. These dresses are increasingly hard to find, and in this condition? Never! Marked a size 8, but please go by measurements listed below, and please allow ease of movement, as there is no stretch to the fabric. It’s pure glamour! This dress is in excellent condition, and appears unworn. Chiffon is perfect. It’s ready to wear.
