Betsey Johnson Black pocket dress

This dress is a smooth material that is easy to slip into with two front pockets. On the pockets are ruffles along with flowers and the top part of the dress has a flower and a glued on fake jewel below that falls off, broken piece. The thing that I marked with an x is no longer there so it is missing its flower piece.
