Betsey Johnson Blue Floral Lace Midi Dress

Wore it once to a wedding in NYC - was trying to have a "Blair Waldorf" moment. This dress is so pretty. There's a little tulle attached to the lining of the bottom of the skirt to give it some volume. The blue flower print on the lace looks like it's been water colored on. So perfect for any tea party, bridal shower, or just a classy day.
