Betsey Johnson Blue and White strapless dress

This dress is too small for me nowadays.. Sad face. 😞 there is some slight discoloration around the top edge from being hung in the closet with no wear for so long (pictured). I think it'll come off fairly easily, and it isn't noticeable to begin with.
