Betsey Johnson vintage ‘90s Y2K black lace fit and flare skater mini dress is lined with a cream-beige petticoat as shown in the pictures. The size tag is missing (see pic) but from the measurements and fit, it seems to be a size Med-Large, or about 8-10, maybe even 11. The pink hanger straps are missing (see pic) but the snaps are still there. The dress is in good shape with a flattering back V-neck with front boat/ballet neckline and 3/4 sleeves that are lace only, not lined like the body. • Size M-L, or 8-10 • 18” bust pit-to-pit • 16” waist • 36” black lace lenght • 37” toile edge of beige/nude lining hem length; it's slightly longer than the black lace so it peeks out and gives the dress some bounce, flounce, and flare!
