Betsey Johnson Luxe Vintage 90’s cocktail // PARTY dress

Great little cocktail party dress. Kinda shimmery but not sparkly. Great for NYE. Looks great with combat boots. Tube top with the slimmest halter top strings (pictured). But could be worn as strapless if you want. As far as sizing. It says it’s a large but I’d say it’s more of a medium. I’m a 34B and the cups are a little roomy for me but can easily be fixed w a strapless bra.
