I've actually been trying to figure that out myself! lol I haven't been to Poshmark since December of last year, and I can't remember how the bundle thing works.
From the buyers' side, if you want to buy multiple items from one seller, you can just add them to a bundle one by one as you go along. A bundle is automatically created when the buyer adds the first item to the bundle. I know that sounds weird, but I hope it makes sense. lol :-)

From the seller's viewpoint, sellers usually give discounts in the form of percentages to buyers if they purchase a certain number of items from them in a bundle. They'll say something like "10% off the total if you purchased three or more items" and stuff like that. I don't have a clue how to set that up, though. I've never sold anything, just purchased.

You could always go to another seller's "closet", pick an item or two, and click add to bundle to see what they offer in relation to discounts on items in their bundles. I really hope that makes sense.
I'm trying to figure out if shipping is combined for items purchased in bundles. I think sellers usually do combine shipping for items in a bundle, but I'm not sure about that.
I'm sorry I'm of no real help! :-(

You can also create special listings, like if you were trying to sell 3 necklaces but I only wanted one, if you were willing to separate them, you'd create a custom sale for me so I can purchase the one necklace. Then you'd go back and list the other necklaces as a regular item again.

I'm not sure if you have to use bundles to create special custom orders, like if you decided to break up the hypothetical set of 3 necklaces you have for sale and separate them so you can sell me the one chain I want to buy from the original listing of the 3 necklaces. I know that sounds weird, but I hope it makes some sense. :-)

After all those long messages and guess work, I stumbled into the place where you can find all the information you need as a Poshmark seller (or buyer). In the bottom right-hand corner of the Poshmark app, there is a little card with your username underneath it. Go there. At the top of the next page, on the far left column, you'll see "Your Guide to Poshmark". There's even a section devoted specifically to bundling there. :-) Good luck!
