This Betsey Johnson dress is a vintage showstopper, a stunning dress for the holidays or if you just want to be the lady in red! Sleeveless silhouette (removable straps to make it a strapless dress), floral accents and a peplum hem all come together with an ultra-soft velvet fabric for a sweet look. Tagged size 0 but elastic shirring at the sides give some flexibility. Fits me, and I'm size 4, see last pic for fit. Worn less than a handful of times, so it's in perfect condition!
