Betsey Johnson Satin Ruby Strapless Cocktail Dress

I got this dress back when I was a super skinny highschooler and never got to wear it before I got hips. It's brand new with tags. A soft, stretchy satin with two frills on the lower back. Unfortunately I can't try it on for a picture because it's so little! It has a side zipper and comes with optional straps.
