Betsey Johnson Scalloped Tiered Silk Sheath Dress

Love this one but it doesn’t fit! Super cute black and cream silk dress with tiers of ruffles. Has sheer cap sleeves and a sheer hem design. Measures 33 inches long and about 16.5 across when flat. The materials tag was removed but it is silk. Perfect condition. Dress it down for work with a cute blazer, or dress it up with sparkly bag and heels for a party!
