Betsey Johnson Sheer Polka Dot Dress

Sheer polka dot dress with 3/4 ruffle sleeves from Betsey Johnson. This fun, cute dress has attached lining with a removable tie belt. Keyhole opening in back with a button closure. The color is a dark navy blue that looks almost black in some lighting, with white polka dots. Dress has some flaws, i.e. a slight flaw in the fabric, and the stitching is separating on the seam of the left armpit (see last two photos). Otherwise the dress is in good condition.
