Betsey Johnson Victorian print dress vintage

Betsey Johnson print dress with ruffle detail on back. Dress is vintage and does show signs of wear, fabric shows wear, a few loose threads, a tiny tiny hole ( photo #8). Still absolutely adorable! Please ask any questions about size, flaws, imperfections extra before you buy. Most of my items are preloved and I do my best to note any flaws.
