Vintage Betsey Johnson mid 2000 iconic tail feather bustle ruffle dress in striped navy and red colors, 3/4 sleeve, scoop neck, cotton stretchy textile. Very flattering dress, sizing is a little strange as the tag says xs but this is larger than some of my other S Betsey bustle dressed and can fit up to a M .
