Reposhing this item as my chest was too small for the sleeveless look. Very bummed as it would be amazing with heels or fun boots. Velvet belt Lace dress Hits just below my knees and I’m 5’ 6” Chest is approx 15”. Rib cage approx 13” then under rib cage it’s pretty loose fitting. Approx 36 inches from the top of the dress to the bottom
