how true to size? She runs small, but jackets can be tricky lol. I'm a solid size 4 in her dresses

@kmc382 Hi the jacket can be cinched in quite a bit. When I measured the jacket flat and opened, it measured 33 inches from the pulls or 37 inches from end to end. I am not sure what kind of look you’re going for. It is a rain jacket so you would want to be able to layer it. This should be able to do that for you. Let me know if you have any other questions.
