Betsey Johnson Bling Tulle Strapless Mini Dress in cream - the showstopper! NWT, only worn to try on. There is only 1 minor flaw on the belt (shown in photo) that is hardly noticeable when the dress is on. This would be perfect for a reception or after-party dress! It’s also a great party dress for any occasion! The tulle can be steamed to your preferred fluffiness. There are hanging straps. I am open to reasonable offers! I only decided not to wear this for my reception because I found a different dress.

gaudet1998 @mtran1986 I am so sorry I never saw this comment!! I just put the size guide in the photos — the dress is a medium. There is no boning in the dress, but there is that sticky-ish strip at the top. Unfortunately, I am out of town until 01/01/2025, so I can get a specific measurement when I return.
