Beautiful cut, thick gold tone fabric. Unsure of the material. Has adjustable stats and a weighted cowl neckline that always stays in place. Angles scoop on hem line in the front. Tie back at neck. Wore to my college graduation, so it had a Grad gown over it most of the day!
