Betsey Johnson pink locket necklace

Betsey Johnson pink locket, has a tiny diamond ring inside held on by a tiny chain, magnetic closure, about 1" across, chain is long, 30" plus 4"adjustable length with a tiny decorative arrow attached to it. I think the heart itself is ceramic, it was a Valentine's Day gift maybe 5 years ago, I wore it once, it's been hanging in my jewelry closet since then, I've taken it out to clean it (I clean all my jewelry once a month, keeps everything new and sparkling).
