Betsey Johnson hooded puffer vest. Size small. Black. Zipper closure, 2 buttoned hip/waist pockets and 2 zippered front breast pockets. Collar has 2 buttons for a closer/ warmer fit. The attached hood has draw strings and 2 additional button neck closures to ensure those strong winds don't get under your hood. Gently used with minor scuff marks on right hip pocket button, and small ( barely noticeable) stains on the left inside, outside mid section (right) and zipper. see pics.
