This sexy wiggle dress has a sweetheart neckline with off the shoulder sleeves you can adjust. Knee to midi length (depends on your height, I'm 5'8 and it hits slightly below the knee. This is an 18W, and fits true to size. Stretchy material. I lost about 25 lbs since I bought it so it's too large now. I've only tried it on, never worn. NWT.
