Royal blue sequin dress from Betsey Johnson. Gorgeous color, size 2, flattering fit. Short/cap sleeve - elastic neckline allows it to be worn off-the-shoulder. I’m short so it falls just below my knees, but I’d consider it mini. Purchased new and worn once so it’s in great condition - just sitting in the back of my closet. Perfect for holiday parties.
