mglvia @style_by_gigi the waist is 28” and it is 18” in length. The bottom flares to approximately 48” and the polyester lining is turquoise/teal.

mglvia @style_by_gigi it has been in a plastic container in storage and worn 3-5 times. No tears, rips, or holes. It’s like new.
