Betsey Johnson small clutch/cross body vinyl purse - Needs TLC

I can’t throw this away! It’s too cute and someone smarter than me could probably fix the zipper or use the amazing hardware as replacement parts. There are three compartments on this purse and one of the compartments’ zipper does not work. Please see all photos. Thank you for looking!
