This fancy pants little cocktail dress is great for a holiday party or a wedding or just date night … it’s a size medium it has an underlayer that is not attached. The underlayer is solid. The overlay is more sheer and has a little bolero type jacket with the same sheer material and trim of red velvet with gorgeous roses around the neckline of the dress and the jacket, unfortunately it no longer fits, but this was one of my favorite dresses and always was a big hit everywhere I went! size medium but fits more like a small. It is a stretchy material however so it’s a bit forgiving.
