Betsey’s Boutique Brand. SIZE SMALL. Golden yellow faux wrap top with a blouse like material bottom with a multicolor floral pattern. Slit on side. Has a 2nd layer bottom liner as well that goes above knee. Worn once, but was just too long for me. I’m 5’ 3”.
