New with a tag but not all the original tags. Size 4 petite. Full length.  If you're not a petite size it won't reach the floor. Approximate measurements shown in photos. The fabric has some stretch, should fit a waist size no bigger than about 27". Dress is lined. Made in USA. I also have an almost identical dress by Cache that's a size 4, not petite, and shorter Cocktail length.
