Fastens around the next with back straps that accentuates shoulder, and back. Sheer panels at the the bottom (shown in pictures) 100% polyester. From a smoke free home. Dress has recently been dry cleaned and steamed, but will be shipped in a box, so it may need to be steamed to get wrinkles out.
