This Betsy & Adam dress was only worn once & is in excellent condition. Size 14W. The sleeves are a cold shoulder design & there is a banded dress underneath the sheer part on top. Beautiful jems on the straps that don’t continue onto the back (see photo). 42 inches long, 16.5 inches wide, sheer sleeve length is 22 inches. Perfect for New Years. Open to reasonable offers! I will have this dry cleaned before sending out
