Betsy & Adam Plus Size Dark Blue Velvet Dress

Beautiful dress! Worn once to a wedding. There is a small snag (shown in pic), but it’s not noticeable when worn due to the design/pattern. There is a slip portion covered by a velvet material that is absolutely stunning. It also looks so flattering! I have an apple shaped body and it did me justice. Women’s size 20W and purchased at Macy’s.
